Fitness isn't my forte, though running is the only thing I've found which keeps me in any kind of shape. I hate it, obviously and so my running regimes never last long.
After a three month period of icy, early morning jogs ended at the beginning of 2007, I again fell into ill repair.
Today was the start of yet another athletic episode. Five minutes running, two minutes walking and five minutes running again.
The morning jog along the canal was interupted once by dog attack. I endure.
